To further propel & sustain JSPL's growth momentum & in an endeavor to make it a learning organisation, we have launched an "E-learning management system", a learning portal.
E-learning will be offering a holistic learning that utilizes various electronic media to fully or partially deliver training. It allows learners to monitor their pace in a single window interface. The learner can access the repository on various modules. The steel, mining and power technical module has been uploaded for the use of concerned employees, and we are developing the Off-the-Shelf programme for a different group of employees.
We believe this gateway of knowledge will ensure & inculcate a culture of learning & empower people with the latest information to drive their business & profession.
